It's the home of the BGSU Rugby Alumni Association: a private network for everyone who has played for, coached, or supported BGSU Rugby since 1968. Members reconnect with teammates, share stories and photos, join local chapters, find jobs and events, and support the program.

Alumni, current players, and friends of the club (coaches, parents, family, and fans). Create an account for free. Membership dues are a separate, optional way to support the club (see Membership & giving).

An association admin reviews each new account so members' contact info stays among BGSU Rugby people. It's usually quick, and you'll get an email when you're approved.

While you wait, you can finish your profile and look around News, History, and the Store.

Use Forgot password to get a reset link by email. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes. Still stuck? Email info@bgraa.org.

Only approved members, and only what you choose. In My profile → Privacy & communication you decide whether you're listed in the directory and whether your email, phone, city, and employer show. Association admins can see your full profile. Your contact details are never shown to the public.

The alumni directory is for approved alumni and friends. Current players don't see it, which protects alumni contact info. When you graduate, turn on "I've graduated! Move me to alumni" in your profile and the directory opens up.

If you can't find someone in it, they may have chosen not to be listed.

Receipts and account emails always come. Association news and "you were tagged in a memory" emails are optional; turn them on or off under Privacy & communication. Chapter emails come from your chapter's leaders only if you join a chapter.

They add a flag to your directory card so current players and young alumni know they can reach out for career advice, or that your company has openings. Both are in My profile → Education & career.

Email info@bgraa.org from the address on your account and we'll take care of it.

Local groups of BGSU Rugby alumni and friends who get together for games, happy hours, and service. You can belong to one home chapter at a time; join, switch, or leave from the chapter's page. Members get the chapter's message board, announcements, and emails from its leaders.

No. An account is free and gets you into the site once you're approved. Membership is a yearly gift at the level you choose, from New Alumni up to Founders Society, and it's the main way the association funds BGSU Rugby. See membership levels.

Yes. Every membership level can be paid once for the year or spread over 12 monthly payments. Monthly pledges are billed through PayPal (PayPal balance, bank, or card).

One-time gifts and store orders can be paid with PayPal, Venmo, or a debit or credit card (no PayPal account needed). Monthly pledges go through PayPal.

Yes. The association is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and gifts go directly to BGSU Rugby. Each gift gets an emailed receipt, and My giving has every receipt plus a printable yearly tax statement. Store purchases aren't donations.

Go to My giving and choose Cancel pledge. The remaining payments stop; payments already made aren't refunded.

The donor wall lists members who chose to be recognized, by name and tier only. Amounts are never shown. Turn "Include me on the donor wall" on or off in Privacy & communication.

Store orders ship flat-rate within the U.S. When it's offered at checkout, you can pick up your order at an event instead. Track your purchases under My orders.

Please tell us! Email info@bgraa.org with the season, the record or name, and the correction. Results, awards, and team photos are filled in by volunteers, so help is always welcome.

Inductees are linked to their member profile automatically by name when they join. If yours isn't linked (for example, the plaque uses a nickname), email info@bgraa.org and an admin will link it.
